Nicole is a multi-talented singer, songwriter and professional musician. Born in Montauk, N.Y., Nicole's original songs have ties to this magical beach town that encompasses love, romance and a beachy feel to all that she writes. Nicole is the third generation musician in her talented family. She is the granddaughter of the legendary Pat A. DeRosa. Pat was a star in the big band era, playing with Jazz Legends Lionel Hampton, Tommy Dorsey and the Glenn Miller Orchestra. He also had the incredible opportunity to play saxophone duets with John Coltrane. Nicole's Mom is the second generation musician as a piano player, singer/songwriter and professional musician. Along with singing, Nicole also plays the flute and alto saxophone. Nicole has recently graduated with her Bachelor's of Music from Long Island University. She is currently pursing her Master's in Music. On June 23, 2016, Nicole had the amazing opportunity to record her demo at Cove City Sounds with famous saxophonist Richie Cannta. Mr. Cannata got his start as Billy Joel's original saxophone player in the 1970's. Constantly surrounded by amazing musicians in the field, Nicole is excited to continue performing live and writing and recording more original songs.
